  Review: Needs Better Organization and Communication I visited the Dunkin’ on Velasko Road this morning and ordered two drinks. While the staff seemed hardworking and busy, the process for handling and delivering orders felt quite disorganized. Orders were being shouted out loudly without clear communication, which made it difficult to understand when ours was ready. We received one drink right away, but the second one took nearly 8 minutes — we had to ask about it and show our receipt. The drink itself only took a few seconds to prepare, which made the delay even more frustrating. It seems the store could really benefit from a more organized order management system or clearer communication among team members. A structured process for calling out orders and ensuring all items are prepared together would make the experience much smoother for customers.

  Went through the drive-thru today and Maranda was awesome! Super kind and helpful—she made the whole experience really pleasant. Great customer service!

  Today was a phenomenal service from employees in the drive thru at this location! Specifically from “Divine”. He was so kind personable and fulfilled my order spot on! It was literally the best sugar free iced I’ve ever had! He even insisted that I try it before pulling off. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness! That’s what customer service should always be!!!

  Very busy & crowded while I was at this Dunkin but the Employees did a good job at getting orders out accurately & efficiently.
