This Dunkin used to be my favorite, the staff used to be super nice and helpful and the place would usually be pretty spotless, but now I think it's gone down hill. The last couple of times I've gone the staff have been pretty rude, I've found hair in my food, I've seen flies in the donut display case. I placed an order through the app once, put it as a drive-thru pick up, and we sat at the window for almost 15-20 mins, it didn't seem busy at the time, before some one came to the window and the girl that did come to the window didn't even greet us or apologize for the wait. She came over and said "What are you guys still waiting on?" Then when we told her we were there for a pick up order, she gave us the wrong order and disappeared before we could tell her it was wrong. So we had to wait another 5 mins to get another staff members attention and when this staff member gave us our food, he didn't apologize or anything. Then when we went to open one of the sandwiches, when we left the establishment, it had a long black hair in it. That's just one of the many not so great experiences I've had which sucks considering whoever is making drinks almost always makes them perfectly.

This Dunkin' Donuts is one of the best Dunkin' donut to go too. The staff is so very friendly. It’s a pleasure to come here because they go above and beyond in customer service. Everyone is so very nice. They are fast with getting your food and it’s always hot and fresh.

I place a mobile order for Dunkin in the mornings to get food and coffee and pick it up through the drive thru. I send my order through and they tell me to pull around at the speaker. So please tell me why when I get up to the window I have to recount my ENTIRE order out to the employees as if they don’t have a ticket of my WHOLE ORDER in front of them in the restaurant?? Make my order and give it to me that’s what I’m paying for. It’s not my job to go in and reread it to you at the window and quadruple check that the order is right before you give it to me. That is what you get paid to do. I will be going to the Merritt Blvd Dunkin from now on because this is just ridiculous and extremely frustrating.
