  I visited this location this morning (9/11/25) and I must say the guy at the drive thru was super friendly and provided great service!! My order was also correct and enjoyable.

  overall a 0/10 experience. not only did i wait in line for 20 minutes i had to wait another 20 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese bagel. there was 5 other people on the clock and instead of doing their job they just kept on talking.

  They always get my order wrong even if I order it through the Uber eats app same problem in person there is this older lady that had an attitude with me and my mom went. I don’t appreciate that at all. She even Had a attitude because I had my small service dog with me when there’s clearly no signs around Then when she saw me with it, she has audacity To put up the sign and say no dogs And clearly you can see and say service dog

  There’s this older lady that works there really rude a had a whole attitude I don’t appreciate if you don’t like your job don’t work there stay at home my daughter felt attacked that the lady was so unprofessional never in my life I ever felt so discriminated and disrespected with her facial expressions and her ignorance
