Some of these beverages cost $5 or so dollars and then finding out 1/5 is missing, is extremely annoying. Sharing the picture I took before even leaving the drive thru for better clarity. Please sure the customer is getting proper amount of beverage.
- FSFelicia SiegmanAug 28, 20252.0Drive thru was ridiculously long, I ordered through the mobile app as I sat in line, by the time I got to the window my frozen chocolate was chocolate milk and my whip cream has melted. The lady handed it to me with barely any whip cream left and I asked that she put more whip cream (which she did and handed it back) not realizing the whole drink was melted and the cup was messy and sticky with chocolate syrup. Needless to say I won’t be going back for sure!

- SYsusanna yelvertonAug 3, 20251.0Horrible place to get iced coffee. The coffee tastes like vomit. They wouldn't give us our money back and they remade it and it tastes even worse. So i'm never coming to this dunkin, ever again, I think I should have got a refund and they wouldn't give it to us.
