  Everyone was so kind and service was efficient, even on a gloomy rainy day when it was so humid. Drinks were tasty and pastries were fresh!

  Dunkin' is my go-to for a quick breakfast! Their coffee is always on point and the donuts are a sweet treat to start the day.

  You are usually pretty ready for what you get at DD... not amazing, but decent. This one is a very low level DD. Not clean, not organized, not friendly. We waited ( no one on line) while the man and woman at the counter talked. No worries, not in a rush. Then we get our drinks. My wife is very dairy intolerant, and we order a coffee with oatmilk. The guy initially seems confused by oatmilk but then gets it. It comes back, and the label says Milk and Oatmilk. So my wife is understandably nervous, so I asked. The guy first seems confused to why it says both, asking the lady. They both look at each other seeming not convinved, and put the coffee down in front of us and say ' yeah yeah Oatmilk' and walk away dismissively. Needless to say my wife didn't risk it. Guaranteed we're not going back there.

  They are very kind at this Dunkin and get your order right! Even with a busy rush they are pretty fast.

  I went there to get a large coffee and sausage, egg, cheese on a multi-grain. When the the lady took the order I ask her politely can she add butter on the begal. She could have said no because she already done the order I would had understand but instead she said something in her native language with a smart tone and everyone on the front line register laugh. I felt embarrassed and upset. She told the person who made my sandwich to add butter to the fact she embarrassed I shouldn't had to experience that. Also I did a survey from the receipt that was given and ask for a call back. It's been 3 days and no call but the lady still work there. This is why I'll go to Starbucks. Received a call from General manager Omar and he fix my problem and the store Anida took care of me. Thank you so much for you two.
