  PLEASE!!!!! STOP ADDING COLD FOAM TO DRINKS WHEN THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT ASK FOR IT! I NEVER ASK FOR IT AND THEY ADD IT ON EVEN WHEN I ASK THEM NOT TO AT THE DRIVE THRU. WHEN YOU TELL THEM IT ISNT RIGHT THEY HAVE AN ATTITUDE WHEN I DID NOT ASK FOR IT…. GET IT RIGHT EVANS!

  I have been a regular here for almost a year. These past few times have been terrible. The sausage on my sandwich was dry like a slim jim, inedible. I ordered an iced coffee that tasted like mud water. Undrinkable. And they've been getting my coffee wrong a lot lately. It was never like this before, what changes happened that made the quality go down so much? They all need re-trained. The food and service were impressively good for many months, but not anymore.

  I ordered an order for pick up and the iced Matcha wasn't even blended up all the way this specific location is so unorganized somebody should really check them because yeah, that shit is ridiculous. Not gonna lie.
