  I cannot say enough positive things about this Dunkin’ on Johnson Ferry! I work right around the corner at a preschool, and every morning I stop in for my coffee. It’s amazing to visit a place so often where everyone takes the time to know your name, recognize your car, and even remember your friends who ride with you. The team here always greets me with genuine kindness and real conversation about how I’m doing. Those small moments at 5 or 6 AM when most people don’t even want to be awaketruly make a difference and set the tone for my whole day. I hope they know Bianca and Maddie 100% appreciate this amazing team!

  I spend my lunch breaks here almost every day, and it’s honestly one of the warmest, most inviting places around. The staff is always friendly and quick, and the managers make a point to come out and say hello — which really makes it feel personal. The food is always fresh, the coffee is always perfect, and the service always comes with a smile no matter who’s behind the counter. It’s more than just a Dunkin’ — it’s a place that makes you feel welcome. Highly recommend this location!

  Tianna & Paula greet me in the window with a smile and something to make me laugh on my way to work. On the weekends, Terrance is a joy and his attention to detail making my drinks is always top tier - and he has great recommendations if you want to switch it up. Visiting this Dunkin’ has quickly become a morning staple. I saw reviews saying there’s new management so I swung by to give it a try again! I was NOT disappointed. 🩷🍩

  This Dunkin is my go to spot every morning. The staff is pleasant, friendly and know well how to treat their customer. I visit this store 5 times a week and it is a highlight of my morning. I look forward to the kindness and pleasantries from all the staff all the time. And from a boy from Boston, the coffee is the best. Take a break and come enjoy some fresh coffee made your way and many smiles.

  The sandwich I ordered was really good. I did have a problem with the order. I had ordered a breakfast sandwich and 1 chocolate frosted donut. As I keep running into, at most Dunkin Donuts, they were out. The man tried to give me a chocolate cake doughnut, but they're quite different. I hope that DD, trys a bit more, to keep this particular doughnut, in the store. Other than that, the food and service was good.
