- EKEd Kent2 days ago3.0I can see why this location is under four stars. The guy who claims to be the manager has a very poor attitude and horrible customer service. Had to ask for my hot chocolate to be remade after the second attempt to fix the first attempt. In other words, three attempts to make a hot chocolate and nothing but attitude. The worst part is he blamed it on the employee when he was standing over the employee the whole time.
