- DZDubier Esneider ZapataSep 6, 20251.0On September 6th at 5:30 pm, my friends and I went to the Malden location inside the stop and shop. The person who served us, a white woman with short hair, about 40 years old, was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I asked for a cappuccino, she yelled at me and told me that the machine was already off and that they only had coffee. I ordered four drinks, and when she delivered them, she only gave us two. She yelled at me again and told me that she didn't have a cappuccino and that if I wanted something hot, they only had regular coffee. When I arrived at this location, I said hello and tried to be friendly, but this woman overstepped her bounds and didn't even respond to my greeting. I approached customer service to complain, but unfortunately, the manager had already left. We will never return to this place.
