They recently got a remodel, and it looks so much cleaner and neater inside! There’s plenty of seating, and even during the morning rush they had enough staff working efficiently to keep everything moving smoothly. The drive-thru line was moving fast, and the whole place looked spotless. One of the leads helped me—she was super nice and a great salesperson. Thank you for all your help!

I hate to leave bad reviews and I know how it feels to have back to back orders to get to, but the service was very slow and I honestly can’t justify coming back. I think the staff needs better time management skills and desperately needs to properly communicate with costumers instead of making them wait for 10 minutes before even ordering. They didnt seem sympathetic of the customers time or the fact that they lacked many basic customer service skills. To whoever owns this location, please train your employees better on time management and basic kindness.

I have been coming to this location for years. One morning I ordered 3 iced coffees with caramel and they were out of caramel so they said to email Dunkin’ Donuts to get my refund back and I emailed them. They responded back saying they refund with a free drink I said okay, but they never gave the other two drinks. So I only received one drink reward. The other two drinks I never received. They stoles money from me. Never got my drinks. Dunkin Donuts does not care about customer service that’s how I feel.

I went through the drive through and the employee could barely hear me through the speaker. I had to keep speaking louder and they sounded annoyed and still misunderstood what I was ordering. I gave up trying to order a drink and just said ok that's all just for the sandwich and donut because they couldn't understand me. I drove up to the window and they looked confused and annoyed when I said I wanted the "Dunkin' Maple Sugar Bacon Breakfast Sandwich" not the bagel bacon sandwich. They had to ask for another employee to help them find it on their POS order tablet. They employees closed the window and looked like they were ranting. I eventually got my sandwich burnt and they didn't offer me a receipt.
