    The "manager" of this store is a joke. When I had to return because they put the order together incorrectly (munchkins, seriously how difficult!!!!) - the response was they were out of what I ordered and the "manager" was at the window and her excuse was "we are busy". Seriously??? When I responded by telling her they still need to complete the orders correctly, she laughed - which completely explains why the store runs like it does! DO NOT BOTHER GOING TO THIS DUNKIN DONUTS!!!! ANOTHER UPDATE - THEY FAILED TO REVERSE THE CHARGE SO NOT ONLY IS THE MANAGER AN UNPROFESSIONAL JERK BUT NOW THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY - I GAVE THEM BACK THE ORDER, THEY TOOK MY DEVICE TO REFUND BIT DIDN'T REFUND IT - BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE AND THIS STORE - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALSO. JOKE, THEY WILL REFUND THEOUGH THE APP, WHICH I DON'T HAVE!

    I am a frequent here and I am very disappointed at the service I received. They updated the point system for some reason and when I went to go redeem my free drink, it took my points and I was told that I still have to pay for my drink even though that I just redeemed my free drink not sure how that’s OK now I’m sitting online trying to get a hold of the Dunkin representatives to get my 600 points back which I think is ridiculous. I spend so much money there I feel like they could’ve just handed me the drink or figure it out for me instead of telling me to call corporate. I spent a lot of money and I spend a lot of money in a week to get my 600 points to get my free coffee so I’m not very happy about it. also trying to get a hold of corporate for anything is a joke they said they’re supposedly gonna email me in two days. We’ll see if I return back. :(

    The girl at the drive through window needs lesson in listening skills is she lazy or what??? Reading verbatim off the menu what I would like oh umm we don’t do that I said it’s on your menu I guess I can make that?? No thanks ok pull forward I didn’t even order ??? Ended up driving away!

    Horrible. Ordered a cold brew with almond milk and caramel and an apple fritter to which she replied “we don’t sell that anymore”, the girl didn’t repeat it back my order to me just replied “pull forward” when I said ok just the coffee, got up to the window and saw that it was basically all milk. Asked for more coffee or to have it remade and she says she put a shot in it and was annoyed that I even asked but it tasted awful- still mostly milk with no flavoring when I requested caramel. Not worth my time to go complain AGAIN but those girls working the front are very rude. If you hate your job so much, why are you working there and taking it out on your guests with an attitude? I haven’t had such a terrible experience at a Dunkin before but definitely won’t be returning to this location.
