- RARaya AriasAug 9, 20251.0Terrible customer service starting from management the Asian lady always has an attitude I had to go back on several occasions because the coffee had grounds in it or the coffee wasn’t made right and she will not apologize or anything she looks at you like you are bothering her , so i understand now why the staff is the same way !! Dunkin’ Donuts you gotta do better we spend lots of money only to get shitty service !! Ps get another manager because she is not representing your establishment properly!!!!
