I ordered a decaf and when the cashier reminded the person making the drink she said ‘it’s okay’ he repeated himself and told her to remake it she said ‘no it’s okay’ so I moved closer so I can see them making my drink and he was literally giving her a new cup. When he told her again to ‘just remake it’ she dumped some out and added decaf. I literally had to ask them to please make sure it’s decaf bc I am pregnant and sure enough she dumped it and remade it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back since that’s the closest location and ofcourse after an hour I realized it was in fact caffeinated. Just lazy and rude service never returning.
