  I want to share a positive review for the Dunkin’ Donuts team ( especially the team who worked yesterday afternoon).Every time I visit, the staff are very friendly, welcoming, and quick with service. They always prepare my order just the way I like it, and they do it with a smile, they treat my children well. The store is clean and organized, which makes the experience even better. I really appreciate their hard work and great customer service. Thank you to the whole team at Dunkin’ Donuts!

  I got donuts from here bright and early as a little birthday surprise for a friend and we were pleasantly surprised by how much better they were early in the morning than when we usually go in the afternoon! Definitely plan on getting their donuts in the early morning now that I kno how much better they are! Also super convenient location in presidential plaza!

  The workers are very young, some seem to be of high school age. They’re inexperienced and have zero interpersonal skills. I recommend a stronger training undertake, or replacement of workers.

  I came and got a dozen donuts to celebrate my daughters birthday last week and was less than impressed. Half of the donuts were good and tasted like they were recently made and the other half tasted and had the texture like they were the previous days leftovers... Usually I have a pretty decent experience here but this was unfortunate. I'll probably be back because its so convenient, but hope that this isn't a problem again!
