I walked in and three women were standing behind the counter, completely ignoring me — not a single greeting, just eyes glued to the screen like I didn’t exist. I glanced toward the small window with a mirror to avoid awkward eye contact, and one of them started tapping on the glass at me like I was doing something wrong. It was shockingly rude. I’ve been a regular customer, but after this level of disrespect and zero hospitality — Dunkin’, you’ve lost me. Next time I’ll walk right past.
