The drive-thru is slow, and I often feel rushed when placing my order. On my last visit, I placed my order and pulled up to the window—only to be met with silence. No one was there. I waited about three minutes, assuming the cashier was busy making coffee, but there was no acknowledgment of my presence. Eventually, I just drove off. That was the final straw. I won’t be returning. I’d rather drive a bit farther for better service and basic courtesy.
