  Worst Dunkin Donuts ever. Doors are closed at random times, no lids, no straws, constantly forgetting order items. All around just awful.

  this dunkin needs to have more people in here because I ordered my stuff about 30 minutes before clocking into work. i go there in about 20 minutes before my shift and my items weren't even ready. the management at this store doesn't care about their workers and leave one person to do everything edit: Manager was in the back the entire time while I waited a long time for my food order. This Dunkin is stingy and is putting pressure on one person. I'm to assume its because of their leaderboard but they only pay more attention to drive thru orders instead of walk ins. Save your time and do drive thru.

  Placed an order through the app for pick up about 20 minutes ago, at 6:20 am. Came to pick up and the door is locked! The sign says open since 3:30 am... So what now? I'd like a refund

  Come here EVERY DAY! this morning, I pulled away after I paid for my cup of coffee and never took it my bad I was on talking on my phone also fist day after vacation little tired so I called and whoever answered the phone she told me that to come back I said I can't I'm now at work she then tells me that you should've realized it sooner I asked for her name..... She proceeds to hang the phone up on me I tried calling several times she will not answer the phone. I'm not happy and this is not the service I expect when I come here every single day of the week. I will be contacting the manager
