  The average experience here is ok. Some staff are friendly. It's been my preferred location for some time now. Recently there has been a notable change in the hot coffee's taste and aroma that I personally find nauseating at times. I don't know what's changed but I'm going elsewhere for my coffee for a while.

  The young woman at the front counter was shockingly unprofessional. She had her hood up, rolled her eyes, made rude faces, and carried herself as though she hated every second of being there. She was openly impatient with my niece, which was unacceptable. It honestly looked like she was trying to get fired and somehow still kept the job. Put her in the back where nobody can see her miserable face or get rid of her.

  Forgot half my DRIVE THROUGH order. I walk in to grab it. They blame ME for not grabbing it. Said they had it ready. They proceed to make me wait as they make it, because they DIDNT have it ready. All the while the “cooks” in the back are throwing food at other workers, not getting me my order. Not doing work. Legit, horrific employees. Disgusting service.
