This place never get order right . I will not be using them again ,I ask for black coffee and they put cream in coffee. No matter how you give order they do whatever.

The Dunkin in Hoboken Terminal is perfect for a quick, satisfying bite before your train ride home. Conveniently located, it offers fast service, fresh coffee, and classic snacks—ideal for unwinding after work and fueling up for the commute.
This is by far the worse Dunkin location. They are liars and thieves. On July 8, 2025 at 4:34 PM, I attempted to purchase a Refresher and a Stuffed Croissant. At the time, credit card payments were not working, so I asked one of the associates if my Dunkin’ app scan could be used instead, as I also had cash available. I was told that the scan would work, and it was processed. My order was made, and I even delayed leaving to ensure everything had gone through correctly. However, I was soon approached by a team member at the pickup location who informed me that the scan had not gone through. As a result, I paid with a $20 bill. She returned my change without a receipt. To my surprise, a few days later, I noticed that my Dunkin’ app had been charged for the same order. I immediately called the Dunkin’ customer service number and have since placed three calls, but have yet to receive a resolution. I have been told each time that the store will contact me directly, but I have not received any follow-up to date. They are telling corporate that they reached out to me but not one voicemail was left. I am not a regular at this location but if you do go make a purchase make sure the system is running, that you use cash only and they give a receipt.
Having lived in Hoboken for several years and gone to this specific Dunkin dozens of times, I can safely say it’s great. The staff are very nice, and no matter the time of day I’ve gone, they always got my order right.
