  I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts every single day for probably the last five years. They treat everyone like a thief to where they will never pass you your food or coffee unless you pay first. They know me very well and I’ve even paid for people behind me. I just can’t believe the way they treat their customer, It’s very insulting.

  I went to this dunkin location this morning and the staff were extremely kind and polite. The woman taking my order repeated my order back to me to make sure it was correct. Once I received my order, my coffees were made perfectly and my food was hot and delicious.

  Manager was rude, we asked for an ice chai latte and he hand us a cup of milk literally full of ice no straw either, when I tasted it I ask kindly to please add chai since it was flavorless and filled up with ice, he got mad and with extremely bad attitude said you have to request your preferences at the first window when ordering!!! I didn’t understand his answer “am i supposed to teach them how to make an ice chai latte when I order it through drive through “?? Otherwise they just pour milk and lots of ice on it??? 😱

  The workers were so nice!!
