I went to the drive thru, and I didn’t mind the wait nor did I say anything when I got to the window! I understand they only have one person at the end of the day. As soon as I get to the window, he complained that I was at the drive thru instead of coming inside because he is the only one. To me, it sounds like they need to put a cone when they don’t want customers to use the drive thru. Easy solution instead of being rude to customers and losing them.
