This is by far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. As a loyal Dunkin customer, I loathe going to this location, however, it is the closet to my job. No issue the first time I went. Second time I went, I was waiting for my avocado toast that I ordered online. Upon walking in there was an avocado toast sitting directly on the counter. Not even on a napkin or anything. I already received my drink was waiting for about 5 minutes before asking about my toast. Someone went to the back and brought out boxes. Took the avocado toast that was sitting on the counter for now more than at least more than 5 minutes and put it in the box. I asked for a new one to be made because that one was not sanitary. I received some attitude but ultimately was understood and was made a new. I avoided a it since that. I ended up just going back and waited another 10mins for my online order. I know Dunkin coffees are a hit or miss with how they are made. I have accepted that. However, my iced coffee with caramel and almond milk is so much lighter than it usually is at any given Dunkin that I cannot even taste the coffee in it, that I don’t think there really is any. I just taste almond milk. There was a long line of online order people waiting for their orders but orders were not being made efficiently. The women in front had to ask after waiting for so long for her cold brew. The place isn’t the cleanest and definitely lacks organization.

This was, without a doubt, the most appalling and utterly uncomfortable experience I've ever had at a business, and it was all thanks to the manager, Yash. My stomach still turns thinking about it. I was absolutely aghast to witness Yash tear into an employee – not a quiet word, not a private conversation, but a full-blown, public dressing-down that left me, and I'm sure every other customer watching, squirming in our seats. It was more than just unprofessional; it was cruel. The sheer humiliation etched on that poor employee's face was heartbreaking. You could feel the tension in the air, the collective embarrassment of everyone forced to witness such a demeaning spectacle. How can a manager, a leader, think this is an acceptable way to treat another human being, let alone in front of paying customers? It speaks volumes about the lack of respect and basic human decency at this establishment. I left there feeling genuinely upset and disturbed, and I can tell you now, I will never step foot in that place again. And honestly, if this is how Yash manages, I'd strongly urge anyone considering visiting to think twice. No one deserves to be subjected to that kind of public shaming, and no customer should have to witness it.

I came right before closing time and one worker was very rude saying I don’t know why you would come now when we’re about to close. He was being very difficult saying he wasn’t going to take off or add on anything that the sandwich consisted of. When I asked him for the 6$ meal (which he gave to me) he said next time I’m charging full price and when I mentioned I have a cousin who used to work there he asked “why didn’t you start off by saying that, I would’ve been nicer to you”. Like what??? First of all I’m a paying customer you don’t ask me why would I come when you’re about to close. I came in a little after 9:30 the store closes at 10. And then on top of all that you making smart remarks. I’m not the first person to complain about this specific employee by the way. Just Awful 😖
