  I'll start off by saying. The older Indian gentleman working there. Should not be working there. He's rude and unwelcoming and I guarantee you that I am not the only person who has complained about him or will complain about him. I've been going to that Dunkin donuts for years because I live around the corner... That won't be the case anymore. The younger women working in the afternoon are also rude and obnoxious. The area is already bad...no need for bad service when trying to get some coffee. Management needs to do something. My next step is post videos of the behaviors.

  When I arrived and was about to enter, the doors were closed. I waited to get the attention of a staff member, and once I did, she responded with noticeable negative facial expressions. While standing behind the counter, she attempted to speak to me, but I was unable to hear anything she was saying. Instead of approaching me to communicate clearly, she directed me to go around the building, speaking with a disrespectful and unprofessional attitude. so i left

  Who is the general manager of this place they double charged my card telling me it would go back on my account these people have no training at all ! Will be sending to corporate stealing from people !

  I paid for whipped cream and had to argue with the liars about what they actually gave me. Am I stupid or is this cold foam?. Just say you don't have anymore whipped cream!! Liars no respect for paying customers!!
