  Disgustingly dirty but not surprising with the attitudes on the employees. I’m sorry Dunkin won’t allow you to add milk to your beverage? This place is a joke. I refuse ice in my beverage due to how dirty the ice machines are and they refuse to fill my beverage more than half way. Did I not pay for a 22 ounce beverage yet I’m only getting half of it?? 35.00 for this crap??

  Terrible- they never have inventory - The service is poor The manager or managers prepares your food and then throws it on the counter It’s more important to check your phone and be on your phone then prepare the orders

  Not sure what's going on with this shopping center but its become the dirtiest place ever. I had high hopes bc of Dunkin, the gerritys never takes their expired items down. Oh and I had a beetle in my soup where nothing was ever done about it. The new crew they have in here for Dunkin is absolutely diabolical. Hair on my coffee cup. Got my order wrong twice and I let it go. Today there was something rubbery in my coffee that I found in my mouth after I drank half of it. Disgusting. This dunkin used to be my favorite, but unfortunately not anymore. This dunkin never used to be like this. Everyone wants a job to make money, but nobody wants to do it the right way. Or atleast make it clean and hygienic. I was a loyal local. Get as far away as possible from this place.
