- JBJane BarrettJul 25, 20252.0The dude working on drive thru is very overbearing and also his hair is too wild and unkempt to be working in a food environment - that little visor serves no purpose. Today i ordered a medium ice coffee - it was so overfilled that it spilled all over me, the inside of my car and the outside which was washed 1 hour previous. He handed me a few napkins saying “sorry”. That crew needs training - Never returning there!

I have also been sitting in the drive through for at least 10 minutes while all of the staff is laughing or goofing off incessantly. Once again, this has happened on multiple occasions.
