  The worker are rude, doesn’t pay attention when there people are in the lobby, they didn’t put any cheese or chipotle on my loaded hash brown. Worst experience I’ve ever had there.

  I would have given it 5 stars but one time we found a key in our coffee. With no explanation besides maybe a door dash driver did it. They took the key and remade the drink. Now I check my drink before drinking. It was a weird mistake. For the most part your in and out quickly the workers tend to be friendly and quick. Sometimes it can be incredibly busy and backed up. You can't get the French curler through the app when you order ahead. So I don't buy them anymore. I do wish they had more alternative drinks that didn't contain caffeine.

  Maybe the only time to get donuts here is early in the morning? I've been very disappointed with this location for years. About once or twice a year I give them another chance. In the last 10 years I would say 4 times out of 5 I've been very disappointed. Usually the shelves are almost empty. The limited choices available are usually stale. (2 days old) The donuts are small. This area needs a good donut shop. This Dunkin Donuts location isn't it.

  Horible customer service, my wife order a bacon egg and cheese bagel insteaed they have her a cream cheese bagel, when we brought it up to the gentleman making the sandwhich the cashier that was ringing everone up ran over to yell at us saying that we did not order a bacon egg and cheese, instead of trying to fix the situation she pretty much told us it is our fault. Will NEVER come back to this location.

  Friendly staff but you would expect them to have more than 3 types of donuts 🍩 But they did give us some free chocolate donut holes so I can’t really complain
