I just left I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and avocado toast. Super simple but not for these Dunkin employees. I asked for the latte with oatmilk and 2 extra shots of expresso. The young man ringing my order says you want one extra shot. Befuddled because I clearly said 2 I said no I want two. Why do I have to explain myself to the Dunkin staff while ordering? Then after I got my coffee pretty swiftly. I waited 8 minutes as the employees had pow wows and told jokes. No one even attempted to make my toast. I stood up at the counter and someone asks “would you like to order?” I’m like no I’m waiting for my toast. Then my favorite part everyone starts looking around trying to place blame before someone starts to fix my toast. When I walked into the store I stood at the counter for 3 minutes before I was greeted. Then the cashier was did you wanna order. Like no Muhammad I just want to stand at the Dunkin counter and stare at you. Anyway hands down the worst experience ever! Unlike other Dunkin’s there are like 15 people working behind the counter doing absolutely nothing. Ridiculous!

Either theres a national cream cheese shortage going on, or this place is just skimpy with it. What is this? A whisper of strawberry on some toasted bread, that's what. The coffee is okay, I suppose.

I came here with a mobile order that I had placed approximately ten minutes earlier with the hopes of it being ready when i got there - wasn’t. I sat down and waited for about five minuted before my name called out. Going up to the desk it was still not ready but the lady wanted to ask me a few questions - fine - but she was incredibly condescending and repeated the same questions as if I was stupid and didn’t know what I had ordered. She finally accepted it and went to make it ~3 minutes. I got a nice matcha latte but the coffee pastry was dry despite poor glaze and had no flavour beyond a bland bread taste. I understand long wait times but they weren’t even busy so 18 minutes for a coffee and pre-made pastry seems weird. The store also looked mildly clean. In combination with the weird staff, hefty prices for something so mid/ bad ($5 + $2), and time, 2 stars is fair and wouldn’t go again.
