I got violently ill after ordering an iced chai tea from here, and it was the only thing I had all day. I specifically asked for light ice which he did not do and plant-based milk, but I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if regular milk was used instead. On top of that, the service wasn’t great—the staff member wasn’t friendly, just pointed at the straws instead of verbally letting me know where the straws were, and didn’t even acknowledge me when I said thank you. The place wasn’t even busy. Overall, bad vibes.

Very rude staff, gave me my order incorrectly and when I told them about it they didn't want to change it, they just said they wouldn't sell it.
Truly a five-star experience — if you’re into being ignored, lied to, and wasting your time. I placed a mobile order, showed up, and was promptly told it didn’t exist. Cool. I showed them the order on my app, and they still acted like I was making it up. Only after I pointed to it on their own screen did they finally acknowledge it — because apparently “lying first, fixing later” is the new policy.
Instead of making the order right away, they let me stand there for 20 minutes like I was auditioning for a role in Customer Service: The Waiting Game. They only made it when I made it clear I wasn’t going anywhere.
Super professional. Very efficient. Would absolutely recommend — to my worst enemy.
I have never had such a frustrating experience at a Dunkin. I placed a mobile order, showed up, and they told me they never got it. When I showed proof in my app, they ignored me. Only when I pointed to my order showing up on their screen did they admit it, after lying about it. Instead of fixing the mistake right away, they let me stand there for 20 minutes arguing and only made my order when I refused to move from the register.
This was unprofessional, dishonest, and completely disrespectful. If you value your time or basic customer service, avoid this location.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Please hire competent workers. Placed a mobile order and when my husband went to pick it up, they claimed they didn’t see it in their system. He showed them the order in the app, the correct location, and even pointed out our name on their own screen. Still, the worker said someone else must have taken it and refused to remake it.
When the “manager” got involved, there was still no apology or attempt to fix the mistake. Instead, both employees started yelling at my husband. Completely unprofessional. This was their fault, yet they handled it with zero accountability.
Lazy, rude, and absolutely no sense of customer service. Will never return.
