- TVTheresa VazquezOct 14, 20251.0On October 12 I went through the drive thru around 1:15 -1:30…there was about 4 cars in front of me…got to the speaker got told they are not taking orders they are out of everything coffee donuts…the girl was laughing n told me they are out of everything wouldn’t even let me explain I wanted a latte which is expresso n milk …I literally had to wait 20 minutes in line n could not order my coffee when I finally got to the window they asked me if I was picking up a mobile order I was like no I just had to wait in line for 20 minutes while u waited on the 4 cars in front of me n I’m assuming the car in back of me is the mobile pickup …so y’all waited on everyone but me …I will definitely not be back to this location horrible customer service highly do not recommend

I’ve been going here for a little over a year and never have had a worker respond to a “thank you”. I’ve literally been asked “what do you want” and they look at me like I grew two heads when I use basic manners, don’t recommend. It’s all younger kids working the drive thru and there’s always new workers cause i’m assuming they leave or get fired for their attitudes .

Rude and unprofessional little twerps practicing bad habits and poor customer svc - which they will unfortunately carry with them into their next job. 🤨😥 I will not be coming back to d d .... at least not this location!
