I was in line behind a Karen who didn't like her drink, so instead of just remaking it the Spanish woman that I normally see just started berating what appeared to be a new employee, you don't do this in front of customers, not to mention it seemed like it was the kids first day or so. Won't be going back here, as a person who works in HR This was a disgrace and a failure of leadership.
