- SCStacey CAug 24, 20251.0By far the WORST store ever!!! Not only do they ALWAYS mess up your order. Today they charged me for someone else's order & when I said I wanted the money they owed me back, they offered me donuts. On to of that, when they finally figured out their mistake, they hand me a half melted frozen coffee & the bagel I ordered toasted was frozen solid. Safe yourself the time and go to the other location in Richmond. They're faster and don't mess your order up.
- TPTyler PerkinsAug 17, 20252.0This is hands down the worst dunkin i have ever had the displeasure of visiting. 9/10 times I visit they find a way to get my order wrong. Customer service is average at best and whoever prepares the food must have trouble reading or they just don’t care. If you’re hungry, you’re better off going to the store and making food yourself because they will get your order wrong. I leave disappointed every time which seems to be the only thing consistent with ordering here.
- JFJennifer FreemanJul 25, 20252.0I have been stopping in weekly the past 2 years and recently cut down my trips due to the 15-20 minute wait in line for an online order or drive-thru order. Not to mention, I place my order online, and they immediately take the money out, and then when I go to pick it up, they rarely have the order. The app says it doesn't take the money until the order is filled, not true. It comes out immediately, and then they are always sold out of the donuts by 10 am when I come to the drive thru. I even went in around 830, and they filled the order and still didn't have any donuts other than 2 kinds. Why take people's money if you can't fill the order? Or better yet, make more and stop leaving a variety of 2 or 3 kinds. They close at night, so why are they out of donuts by 9 or 10 am? I rather go to the other location and pay a bit more and get my entire order.
- CDcheese doodleJul 25, 20251.0I’ve come here 3 times this week and every time my sweet tea taste weird. It tastes like they haven’t cleaned the container the tea goes in. It’s gotten progressively worse each time.
