  My boyfriend and I ordered a large iced matcha latte at the drive through. The girl taking our order kept referring to my boyfriend as “hun”, which was just weird and disrespectful. I don’t care if it’s just meant to be friendly, I don’t need someone calling my boyfriend that especially in my presence! So inappropriate for a coffee shop. That’s not even all unfortunately! The large iced matcha latte was filled to the BRIM with ice. Not even kidding, it was like I ordered a cup of ice. Maybe it’s not the workers fault, maybe they are being told to fill it to the top with ice to save money but I don’t know. It’s ridiculous either way. I’m not paying $6 to get a cup of ice and 6 sips of drink. So my boyfriend went back inside to ask to remake it and for some reason the worker showed attitude and said to ask for light ice next time. And maybe I will have to start ordering light ice since these workers think regular ice means filled to the brim and barely giving you any of the drink you paid for. The worker did remake it, but it tasted terrible the second time. Someone was clearly mad and didn’t want to even try the second time around. Don’t even bother going to this location

  Staff was miserable management is insufferable then gave me the wrong change I couldn't take it anymore I just left

  Always friendly and nice at this Dunkin’ Donuts. They take the time to get the order correct. My favorite DD.
