  I usually love coming to this Dunkin because the service is fast and friendly, but today’s experience was really disappointing because of how the manager was treating her employees. While the two team members working the counter were polite and provided great service, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. She kept calling one of her employees “stupid girl” and belittling her in front of customers. My friend and I even made a comment to the guy in the register asking him if she was kidding because how dare she speak to anyone like that. It was uncomfortable to watch and completely unnecessary. No matter how busy or stressful things get, no one deserves to be talked to that way—especially in front of others. The employees were doing their best and handling customers very well despite the manager’s attitude. I hope upper management takes this seriously and ensures that staff are treated with respect, because it’s not fair to them or to the customers who have to witness that kind of behavior.

  Stay away from horrible place and nasty ppl took me 20 mns for a coffee light n sweet with expresso shot which no expresso was put in Two croissants and no people online and was ride when i ask where my stuff was

  The 2 Female workers here were very rude and would not put whipped cream on top of my drinks but charged me anyway for them. Absurdly rude.
