Confusing division between convenience store and donuts.
Server walked away for several minutes to get a black coffee. No one was at counter. After few minutes I gassed my car.
Noticed the coffee arriving. No one at counter no apology no exaggeration almost 10 minutes. We ALL know how long takes to brew a new pot.
And 4or 5 coffee grains bottom cup. Coffee was good!

So, Dunkin I’m hoping this will get your attention. I used the mobile app to place my order. I realized I had forgotten two or three things that I had wanted to get and so I went to edit the order and add items and upon doing that and pressing the button to submit the order, I realize that I was charged again not just for the The new items that I added, but everything from the original order placed before I added to it resubmitted itself. I understood the second charge because of the amount that was higher, but I only received one of each item that I ordered Even though the order was duplicated, and then added to. That being said you charged me $34 for something I never received when I asked your employees about what I should do, I was told to go to the app and request a refund. Well I go to the app and there was Not one single way to get in touch with a human human being. the chat bot says he will escalate It to people who can handle it and possibly submit the refund and
That I would hear from somebody in two days or so. I even tried to call your own 800 numbers but neither of them work. The Chatbot will not give me an agent at this point. So I waited and nobody has gotten in touch with me and now I’m really upset and I’m really angry because I don’t know what else to do. I’m really frustrated. This $34 to you may be nothing but it’s everything to me and my children in this economy. I paid what was the correct amount. That’s the second charge. Cash App won’t dispute it. I have waited long enough for this to be resolved but no one has gotten in touch at all. I just want my money back. I didn’t receive two orders worth of food, just one. Just look at the times and dates of the order on the following pictures, you can see that the order was placed twice I was charged twice, but that is some sort of error in the app because it says I could add items. It did not tell me there was going to summit the whole order and I would be charged.

Most worse place ever! The guy in there was so rude! Messing with the girl employee being rude to her and I got 50 munchkins and almost all of them except 5 were blueberry and chocolate. Not associated as it should be. The coffee was disappointing. The male was so rude. I advise everyone to definitely not go here ever! Worst place ever!
