I’m used to ask for some ice in the side to put in my coffee and NEVER had an issue at other locations however in this location some guy from the kitchen comes out and says “there’s a charge for it”, I explained what I need it for (even though I had already paid for my coffee) this guy’s reply was : “well…where do you want me to put it” I replied “in a small cup” he says “well we charge for cups” finally I asked him to put some directly into my coffee (that I didn’t want). This place lacks of service to their customers. NEVER coming back to this place again.
