Oh man, this location definitely needs to up their employees on the clock. I visited on a Saturday for a pick up at the drive through. The line was very long and wasn’t moving at all for 10 minutes so, I decided to head inside, which was also packed. There were only 2 workers handling everything during a rush and I felt bad. They were moving as fast as they could and I could see how upset the customers were while waiting.
To avoid long lines and upset customers, I would recommend this location to have at least 5-6 employees working at a time, especially on weekends.
However, long lines and wait times seem to be a problem at this location for months now. I’m not sure what’s changed but it’s definitely not ideal.

I am so piss, i order a loaded Harsh brown ,the lady give a wrap ,when I tell her to change it, she give a nasty look ,when she give the right order it was half way full ,i could not complain,because I was already @work , i was running late ,i know i should have check again , but someone need to do they job properly, every morning almost every one has an attitude , except for one girl, if you do not want to work do not come to work please , I do not have to pay the consequences.

I usually order through the drive way but it was so busy today I decided to walk in. There were 3 employees (1 making a drink, 1 in the drive up window, and 1 standing by the drive up window) but no one walked to the register to take my order. I spoke to the employee to ask about prices and the employees still made no effort to come to the register. I waited patiently because again the drive through was busy, so I chalked it up to that. Even after a few moments still no one came to the register. That was until a person of another race (I am black) came in and the employee standing next to the window immediately walked to the register and started to take his order. If I had not spoken up, the employee would have completely disregarded me. I never usually write review but this truly had me floored.

Are the workers incompetent? What don't you understand about adding in cream? Stop giving me creek water. The people who worked last year were better at following instructions and knowing how to make drinks. When i ask for cream DO NOT substitute it with milk!

Ordered a Mixed Berry Day Dream Refresher Friday Morning without the cold foam only to get home see the ice melt in my drink and discover trash floating in my beverage. Absolutely disgusting and unnecessary.
