  I ordered a $6 meal at the drive-thru. The staff said they didn’t have croissants and listed the available options. I tried to specify a muffin (meaning English muffin), which now I realize might have caused a little confusion, but instead of clarifying, another staff member over the speaker responded in a sarcastic and snippy way: “Nothin’? You want nothin’? OK move up” which was very uncomfortable. I’m usually very easygoing and would have been ok with any substitute for bread. Getting an out-of-nowhere snippy response I said “I said muffin four times,” and she accused me of yelling. How am I yelling at someone who twisted my words? Overall it was a very bad interaction.

  Horrible service and coffee, extremely slow drive through and lack of customer service inside of the establishment.

  It was dirty and it took 15 minutes to get only a drink.... after being rudely directed to the correct waiting area and waiting for them to take my order also took line 10 minutes. 25 minutes for a coffee drink
