  I usually stop there get a coffee, no issues. Today I stop in order a coffee, never get it. I ask for a refund, give the cashier the receipt she hands to the manager. The manager goes to the back, I never see her again. The worker making the coffee asks the cashier, "did he even order a coffee", in which she replies "I rang up something". The time on my receipt was 6:53 am. I walked out at 7am -7:05am something like that. No coffee, no refund. I wouldn't even care however, the cashier was no help, the manager who took the receipt was no help, and the guy making the coffee was giving me a whole attitude like I did something wrong. Excuse me, I'm the customer! These young kids don't have any common courtesy or customer service skills. The cashier was older she knew she hung up the order, acting so non chalant about my refund and did nothing. Now usually there is cool, today? Horrible service, and they basically stole my money. Never go there again.

  As I'm rushing to my son game I decided I wanted my medium iced coffee with oat milk espresso in a little bit of flavoring I stopped at this dunkin' donuts to get it and instead of giving me the coffee I asked for I was given a half a cup of oat milk coffee syrup and not actual coffee if I was not in a rush to make it to my son game I would have flipped out on the staff I literally paid $6 for a cup of oat milk and flavored syrup with ice moral of the story watch them because they will pull a fast one on you
