  They literally had nothing in their store, they gave me such a bad look from the window as i said that i wish to not order anymore, everyone their looks so lost with their job and without desire to do their job

  I just left and had ordered a medium iced coffee and munchkins. I asked her twice if she got the order correct because the screen didn’t show my order the way I ordered my coffee. when I asked she said yes, plus the fact that she was not very friendly, when I got my drink I could tell from the look of it it was not the way I asked, so I asked her again and she gave me an attitude and said that the screen wouldn’t let her put it but that’s how it was. Needless to say, the drink was not how I ordered. The service was terrible And I don’t plan on returning

  This happened at 7 AM this morning at the drive-thru. The girl at the window handed me my breakfast, then stopped mid-service to take someone else’s order while still holding my food. When she finally gave it to me, she slammed the window so hard it felt like it was going to break. Since I’m older, I stayed calm, but this level of rudeness and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Management needs to address this immediately an employee who behaves this way clearly needs to revisit the employee handbook and be reminded of how to treat customers with basic courtesy and respect.

  Every time that I go to the place, I always got the wrong order. The lady in there is very disrespectful to the customers and always laughing and taking the wrong orders.
