We order iced coffee, donuts, refreshers and they've always been made correctly. Occasionally they will throw in some extra munchkins in the bag which always makes my kids' day.

But it's the employees that would rather mess around and be more social with each other than help a customer standing there. Sometimes order is wrong and its an inconvenience to them to fix it. Just my observation from today alone.

- HAHockey AugustApr 26, 20134.0Don't ever go to this location in the morning during rush hour, this is the slowest location I have ever been to! Took me 15 min to get a Vanilla Chai, just ridiculous. While the food and drinks are very good, the service is something to be desired.
