  I always used to come to this Dunkin but I haven’t been to it in a couple of weeks. The drive through is very slow as mentioned in previous reviews. I have previously experienced very slow service at this Dunkin before. Today I purchased a small original iced coffee with almond milk 2 pumps of hazelnut & 2 pumps of caramel swirl, the color was way off and it tasted horrible. The drive through person didn’t welcome me at the through nor at the window.

  Slowest service on a Saturday afternoon at 2:00 we were there almost 20 minutes inside after backing out of the drive thru that did not move waiting on 2 frozen coffees.

  This location it's fantastic! It gets crazy busy yet staff still know me and it has a friendly small town feel I love bringing my kids in to choose donuts like I used to do in my small town dunkin years ago!

  I visit Dunkin often, but this was only my second time at this location—and unfortunately, I was disappointed again. I ordered my usual coffee, but it was completely off and tasted awful. On top of that, my hash browns were burnt and hard. I initially went through the drive-thru, but the line was so long and barely moving that I decided to go inside to place my order instead. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this location. The Dunkin on 103rd always gets it right!
