- KGKara GlitheroNov 6, 20202.0Went though the drive through. Didn't have butter for a bagel, but whatever it's a donut place....not a bagel place. Ordered my treats and finally got to the window. Glad I checked the bag before I drove away....was given the wrong donuts for the kids, even though I corrected the drive through person and they repeated it back....when I corrected her this time, she didn't actually listen, but instead told me what I meant (?!) and brought me the wrong thing-again. I finally got her to listen and get the right thing, only to discover they shorted me on the donut holes....but only by one and at that point I just wanted to leave, so I only mentioned it and left.
