It was frustrating and disappointing, especially since I made the effort to come before closing time. If the store closes earlier than posted, they should update their hours so customers don’t waste their time.

I’ve ordered weekly from this place and this is the 2nd time this has happened. If I wanted a bagel, then I’d order a bagel! Please train your employees about customer service and getting the order right.
