  I went here yesterday afternoon ( October 20th 2025) I ordered one item. A grilled cheese sandwich. I waited in line for approximately 10 minutes. Paid. Got my sandwich. It consists of two slices of toasted sour dough bread and 3 cold slices of cheese just thrown on top. Very careless of whoever made that sandwich. Certainly far from a “grilled” cheese sandwich. I am out $4.00. But lesson learned don’t depend on this Dunkin Donuts location if you are hungry for hot fresh food. Will not return to this location.

  Oh my goodness, I just have to say, this Dunkin’ absolutely made my day! Everyone inside was so warm and friendly, it felt like walking into a little coffee family. My drink came out quick as can be and it was downright perfect! I swear, they must sprinkle a little bit of sunshine in those cups. I’ll definitely be stopping by again. The perfect coffee was a nice touch for my lunch. 10 out of 10, y’all! ☕💖

  DO NOT GO HERE. It’s ridiculous how many times I’ve gone here just to get the same result. It’s so pathetic that you just have to mix, push buttons on a machine, and reheat some prepackaged pastries and they STILL make it terrible. I’ve been to this location numerous times, and I know by now to not get certain things because they won’t make it correctly. Drinks never properly mixed, nothing stocked in the store, cold, stale food - it doesn’t matter if it’s busy, or empty, they are terrible regardless. The most recent occurrence on the app, I order a Halloween bucket, $14 and they had only pumpkin ones. I said I wanted a refund, which $14 to a company like this is nothing, yet they manager rudely said “go online for one” and so I do, but they give me points instead. It’s ridiculous how you spend your money, they have nothing, and then don’t fix the issue. I know I’m definitely never going back to this location and I highly recommend you don’t either.

  I’ll never go back. Went to the window and the lady asked me to speak up so I stated my order again. She yelled “okay” rude as hell through the speaker. Went I got up to the window I asked for a manager and she proceeded to tell me she was a manager and I tried to explain it and she just stood there rolling her eyes and wouldn’t even tell me her name. As a manager you shouldn’t treat customers that way ever. But that’s what they get for having a 19 year old as a manager. Just sad you can’t even order coffee without an attitude.

  there aren't prices listed for the donuts/pastries, and the person behind the counter got rather irate at me that I didn't, idk, magically divine said prices out of some crystal ball. like... sorry for not knowing what your menu is, I've only ever been to Tim Hortons the majority of my life and don't want to buy a basic donut and learn after the fact it's like 4 bucks. the donut holes had also fallen through the basket/grates and she had to pluck them up. I tried them, they're about equal or lesser in taste/quality than the donuts I can get from the grocery store down the street for cheaper. just in general the whole place felt super disorganized and chaotic.
