I told the guy that took my order twice.I wanted my drink hot, I get to the front and get handed an iced, I tell them that's not my drink.And then they bring me out the wrong latte and I have to go back in. This is not the first time,This is not the fifth time, I ordered a hot pumpkin spice latte for my wife.I get a hot latte. I shouldn't have to wait 30 extra minutes because of incompetence.
