I hand it back to him saying this is supposed to be hot. He did a redo and then I was good. Went on with the day of a good start. Overall gave 3 stars for coffee mishap. Thanks
- SBScott BrownOct 28, 20251.0You need new employees. No excuse for this. If your employees didn't constantly mess up every order I've ever made in the Drive-Thru then it wouldn't be a problem. But unfortunately I need to be standing in front of them for my order not to get messed up. That door should never be locked until 8:00 when you are supposed to be closing not one minute before that.

The only thing is that the bagels that they serve now is no longer good. I would completely discontinue serving that because it is rubber. Their breakfast was cold on top of that. The coffee and the donuts were great, other than that do not eat their breakfast that was horrible and the waste of money.
