  Customer service sucks, and it’s not my first time there either I placed my order ( medium hot latte with oat milk) at 6:53am this morning 10/17/25, that Asian man took my order at the register he didn’t give me the receipt, I should’ve asked for my receipt anytime I ordered and he didn’t place in my order and I $5.43 from my debit chase card, I was the waiting for more than 15 minutes and it’s wasn’t even crowded, one of the female staff that was giving out the orders she was the one who helped me make my latte, and that Asian man was no where to be found and I won’t be back at this location

  You place orders with the Dunkin app ahead of time so that you don’t wait long when you get to the store. When you get there your ticket is sitting there and when you bring it to their attention, THEN THEY START YOUR ORDER. Not a big fan of this store

  This doors was closed before the time it said it was close and I Order ahead of time and the accepted it and I couldn’t get my order
