One time they gave me a cup with a split in it and gaslit me into thinking it didn't when I went back to complain, just to get me to leave again, only for the split to open up bigger and spill all over me. Other times the cashier is hard of hearing, asking me what I said and asked for about 5-6 times before paying. It's take longer to order then it takes on line. Other then that the food great, the drinks are a 7/10 and usually it's always packed but fast and people are out the door.
