Initially for a while this Dunkin service was extremely hit or miss and the wait times were really bad sometimes (I just learned to come when I wasn’t in a hurry) but over the last few months. Service has been absolutely amazing every time and have had all orders fast. I hope everyone who’s been working there recently knows they are doing a great job!

We let them know we wanted another one of the drinks we got, paid for it and were waiting. A guy then came to hand out the drink , whipped his head the other direction to be facing the opposite direction as us. As a former Dunkin employee at a different location, I’ve dealt with rude people, nice people, loud people, quiet people. But there was NO reason to whip your head the opposite direction, proceed to roll your eyes, when we were nothing but respectful. Nothing was said, we just ordered the drink that they hadn’t heard over the speaker in the drive through. Overall, bad. If you don’t like your job, get a different job.
