  This is the second time I’ve ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they clearly need some training in that area. The bagel is hardly even toasted, and on top of that there’s no cream cheese on the bagel. It’s basically like they dunked their knife in the cream cheese and then just smeared whatever was there on the bagel and called it a day. It’s not even appetizing. My boyfriend’s hashbrowns from his $6 meal deal were cold and soggy. I used to order from this Dunkin all the time and never had an issue, but now they are just going downhill

  Terrible esta tarde pase x un ice coffe Espere 12 minutos para q me atendieran y al final no me dieron loq yo pedí solo quería 3 bebidas el servicio fue fatal el personal no le importó nada solo estaban jugando entre ellos pero no haciendo el trabajo me cobraron pero no me dieron mis bebidas gasté al rededor de $20 dólares por nada Espero puedan mejorar o despedir el personal haragán

  This my go-to Dunkin store and I love it! The coffee is great of course, but what makes it a wonderful experience are the lovely staff members inside. Edda at the drive-thru window is the kindest and most hard-working I've ever seen - always greets with a "Good morning" and a big smile. She's the best!!

  Has to be the slowest Dunkin ever. Plus they didn’t get our order right. We’ll go back to our other place.
